Outside Food = More Oil = Fats

I'm really, really bored right now. I don't know what to blog about until now. I suddenly got this idea to blog about the food that I've eaten. Food that I've eaten for the past few weeks I think. Not everything that I've eaten of course... Just some outside food that I think it's worth paying for and has a great taste. So, here comes the pictures!

*Sorry if the pictures are a little bit blurred. I've taken these using my camera phone*

Original waffle from Waffle World at Sunway.
Price: RM5.90
Tea time~!

Chocolate waffle with ice cream topping.
Price: RM7.90
Enough to make this your lunch.

This is not edible.
Price: Not available.
Look at the way they set up the fork and spoon.
How creative...

Potato Lasagna set lunch from Delifrance.
Price: RM14.90
Quite reasonable price for food like that.

Italian Cheese Fried Rice from somewhere.
Price: RM9.90
Affordable.

This is out of topic.
Looks like these days people are getting busier and busier during the year end break.

I had a Dream....

Yesterday, I dreamt about something really, really weird.
Something unusual.
Something unexpected.
So, let the story begin...

I was rushing to my class like a crazy person because I was late for my BM exam. So, I knocked the classroom door and guess what? I saw Pn. ..... er... Pn. something.... I can't remember her name. All I remembered was she taught me during Standard 5 and during that time, people are really afraid of her because she is the 'garang' type of teacher. And I'm like, why is my Standard 5 Sejarah teacher who is teaching in SK Seafield ended up in my classroom in SMK Seafield? I didn't really bother about that because everyone was looking at me because I am a latecomer for the first day of the year end examination. Believe it or not, that was what happened in my dream. So I quickly sat on an empty chair at the end of the classroom and the weird thing was.... the chair that I was sitting on was the only one WHITE in colour including the table. What the heck??!! Is this seat specially reserved for me or something?

So, I didn't really bother because the exam is gonna start soon. The teacher was giving out the exam papers to us and I flipped through mine to check if there was any mistakes in my paper. And the weird thing was, my paper is filled with some erased scribbles and answers. I was totally shocked and I felf familiar when I look at the question paper. Then, I suddenly realised that I had taken this exam and it was the same question paper! Suddenly, MQ voiced out to the teacher that we had taken this exam before and everyone started to talked about it. The whole class became very noisy and the dream ended like that. A really weird dream isn't is?

THE END

Party

So, I'm just gonna summarize what happened this whole week of partying.

*These pictures were taken from Joanne's blog*
Looks like I have to bring my own camera next time.

Day 1 - It was Add Maths. Teacher made us roti jala and her dad made us curry. I remembered that I brought potato chips (tomato flavor) which I loved the most among all the junk food that I brought for the whole week.

Gosh... Look at the amount of junk food
that I bought for the whole week.
I believe that I had put on at least 1 kg for this.

Roti jala that teacher made. Yum~!

After the party. *Burp*. Whoops...

Jackie, Joanne, Yik Hao, Chi Leng, Jerome and me.

Plus teacher in the picture.

Day 2 - The party was at Ace. Sorrylar... This time no pictures because my phone low bat. So, I brought potato chips again (pepperoni flavor) but I still prefer Mister Potato brand. And you would not believe that the whole table is full of junk food and drinks. Not to mention that there was three regular Dominos pizzas at the other table. By 9.30p.m, I can nearly see my belly bulging obviously and I got sick of the junk foods and drinks. Did I mention that that was before the pizza arrived? After that, we played Taboo (I don't know why I always forget the word) and it was really fun watching them trying to explain the words. So in the end, I went back feeling satisfied and I regret having dinner that night.

Day 3 - Well, it was Physics and there were only 5 people present for tuition. Most probably they feel very lazy to come or in a holiday mood already. A really, really good thing happened that day. Teacher decided to bring us to Leo's to belanja us makan gelato. And I remembered that the price was RM5.80 per scoop. Actually, it's kinda standard to have this type of price if you really want to eat good ice-creams in Malaysia.

Whoopee! Rocher flavour.

As sweet as a strawberry...

Cookies and cream. It reminds me of Cookie Monster.

Last but not least, it Jerome's kiwi fruit mix if I'm right.

Day 4 - Rest day. My stomach needs to rest you know...

Day 5 - Well, it's Chemistry today. We practically did nothing for the whole time except for playing Boggle and Pictionary and not to forget partying. There are only five of us again. Haiz... You lazy people ar... Party also so lazy...

Joanne break record already lar...
Looks like I'm really bad at Boggle...
=(

Google Earth

This is an AWESOME computer program. I can't believe that I can actually type in my full address and VOILA~! This program will exactly show you where your house is. Haha... Kinda bored just now so I typed in my address and I actually found my house exactly on the spot. So, I did the same thing with someone's house in Australia and TADA! If I'm not wrong, I think I got the right house.

P.S: Tell me if I got it right or not.

LOL! I saw my house!

Sorry, if I made that too obvious...

Holidays

Finally, I'm back! After the L-O-N-G L-O-N-G exams, I managed to survive through it. I don't want to talk about it right now. Holidays had started but I'm still having tuition until the end of November. Rajin gila right? Next week is gonna be the last week of tuition. So, we are gonna have a party on Monday, Tuesday(Ace) , Wednesday and Friday~! PAARTAAY TIME! So, make sure you guys bring more snacks and junks! This Saturday, I'm gonna go to Petronas and buy all the food and stuff that we need next week. I still remember last year I brought chocolate muffins for the party. Talking about muffins makes me hungry now.

So, I've decided that I must spend my holidays efficiently. During this holidays, I'm gonna clean up my cupboard and stuff that's in a mess in my bedroom (you don't want to see my bedroom now). At least I don't have to laze around the house doing nothing except for going online, eat and sleep. And guess what? I CUT MY HAIR YESTERDAY. It's a short kind of layer but it turned out to be a little shorter than I expected. It's just a little miscommunication between me and the hairstylist. But never mind... It will grow back by the end of the month. You see, there's one good thing of being a girl. You can actually try out any hairstyle or haircut that you like and if it's not suitable, you can change it next time (when it grows longer). So, try experimenting which style suits you and trust me, it'll worth trying it.

Nowadays, I feel kinda lazy, especially when it's during holidays, you have nothing to do. I haven't been blogging for the past two weeks because I felt lazy to actually just type out all the words and edit it. Now, I'm glad that my laziness had left me, so back to work.

P.S: I'll be back soon.

Shogun

Remember that time when I blog about the photo shoot for Ace? Yea... Now, Teacher Anne decided to treat us for a buffet dinner at Shogun because we helped her. So, I went there at around 4.00p.m to hang out with Audrey, Joanne, Chi Leng and Jackie. We watched House Bunny and it was SUPER FUNNY. I was laughing and laughing non stop and Audrey was joking with the "RUN, Joanne, RUN" thing. Okay... I don't wanna make this kinda draggy.... So, it's picture time~!

*All these pictures were taken from Joanne's blog.

Feeling hungry? We barely touched it.

I'm so sorry Audrey...
I just couldn't resist the temptation to post this.

Some kind of special mix that Audrey did...
Whatever it is, it taste kinda sour-ish sweet.

Whoops!

Disturbia~!
*The song is getting into my head right now*

Chi Leng, Joanne and me

Heart shaped roses in Yoghur Berry.
Not bad eh, Joanne... Nice picture you took.

It started like this.

Just before it ended.

Stucked

Oh great.... I'm stuck between housework and revising for exams. I have a bad time management and I know that. Now, I'm like a house maid and a student.
  • Every morning go to school. 40% energy gone.
  • After school, then go to tuition. 10% energy gone.
  • After tuition, then eat dinner. +10% energy.
  • After dinner, got more housework to do. (wash plate, hang clothes, fold clothes and sometimes iron clothes). So this means 30% energy gone.
  • After all these, I still have to do my homework and revise for the coming exams. 20% energy gone.
So, kesimpulannya, I have used 90% of energy everyday. Somebody, help me to lighten my burden! OMG! What am I talking about? *Smacks head* Fine... Maybe it's not that tiring. And I still get to nap in the afternoon if I have no tuition. Think on the brighter side. Don't always think only about the bad stuff. Think more of the good ones. Maybe this will do you good. Fine then... I will manage my time wisely from now on, if I am wise enough to manage it. Well, this is to just enlighten myself up for now. Now, stop complaining and BE HAPPY. =)

Japanese Inventions

JAPANESE. The first few things that forms in my mind is:

ANIME,

NINJA,

LALA PEOPLE

and

CRAZINESS

First thing that I found out in You Tube is the crazy Japanese toilet pranks they invented. Watch the video, and you'll understand. Just imagine, Japanese spend most of their free time inventing all these things. They might as well just make use of the free time to do something better and useful. Talking about inventions, Japanese are also quite 'creative' in their inventions compared to other people. A few minutes ago, while I was Google-ing, I found out that Japanese inventions are quite 'special' in a way. Scroll down and you will understand what am I talking about.

A 360 degree panoramic camera. What the heck?!
Put cameras around your head and snap the picture.
And TADA! A 360 degree picture is formed.

Cockroach swatter slippers.
Another 'creative' invention by the Japanese.
Happy swatting the bugs with your slippers~!

This is called a portable toilet paper dispenser.
Just strap it around your head and you can just
sneeze or cry anywhere without worrying.

A portable office tie. Useful to all working people.
But I can't imagine people actually have to carry the heavy load on their necks.

A ten-in-one gardening tool.
Sweat more by using that!

A portable umbrella.
Invented specially for lazy people.

A hair noodle protector. What?!
Japanese actually will wear that just to protect their hair while their eating?
This is insane, man...

Study, study, study

FINALLY I can get to update my blog. It's been two weeks since the last time I blog. But I don't think that I'll have any free time to blog for the rest of this month. Exams are coming. And like I'm still blogging here while others are studying right now. It feels so wrong right now. I mean I'm supposed to be studying right now and instead.... Haiz... Got nothing to say... Plus my exams will last for at least ONE MONTH. (-.-!). So, there's this one day where this group of people were doing Add Maths. And I was one of them. And then they started doing Differentiation (I don't know whether I spelled it right). And I was only looking at them, doing nothing. This is because, I haven't do my revision YET. At that time, I feel so STUPID and LOST. Not to mention that these people are the top of the class. So, it's good to learn from them. But it makes you feel useless and stupid because you are just looking at them while they are solving it. So, I concluded that I MUST do my revision this week no matter what. I don't want to be the one left behind while others are way advanced than me. So, I will make this point and start studying right after this. I MUST study, or else I will REGRET! Okay, maybe I'm being too semangat today, so don't mind about it. Okay, I got to go now. Dinner's ready. I'm hungry. =)

Guess what is it?

A book.

Inside the book.

What!?!? You gave me a toilet sign that says :
Please flush after use.

Cute right?

Top 13 Worst Slogan Translations Ever

LOL! Got this from HERE... Guaranteed to make your day~! =)
  • When Parker Pen marketed a ball-point pen in Mexico, its ads were supposed to have read, "It won't leak in your pocket and embarrass you." The company thought that the word "embarazar" (to impregnate) meant to embarrass, so the ad read: "It won't leak in your pocket and make you pregnant."
  • Scandinavian vacuum manufacturer Electrolux used the following in an American campaign: "Nothing Sucks like an Electrolux."
  • Clairol introduced the "Mist Stick," a curling iron, into Germany only to find out that "mist" is slang for manure. Not too many people had use for the "Manure Stick."
  • Coors put its slogan, "Turn It Loose," into Spanish, where it was read as "Suffer From Diarrhea."
  • Pepsi's "Come Alive With the Pepsi Generation" translated into "Pepsi Brings Your Ancestors Back From the Grave" in Chinese.
  • When Gerber started selling baby food in Africa, they used the same packaging as in the US, with the smiling baby on the label. Later they learned that in Africa, companies routinely put pictures on the labels of what's inside, since many people can't read.
  • Colgate introduced a toothpaste in France called Cue, the name of a notorious porno magazine.
  • Frank Perdue's chicken slogan, "It takes a strong man to make a tender chicken," was translated into Spanish as "it takes an aroused man to make a chicken affectionate."
  • When American Airlines wanted to advertise its new leather first class seats in the Mexican market, it translated its "Fly In Leather" campaign literally, which meant "Fly Naked" (vuela en cuero) in Spanish.
  • An American T-shirt maker in Miami printed shirts for the Spanish market which promoted the Pope's visit. Instead of "I saw the Pope" (el Papa), the shirts read "I Saw the Potato" (la papa).
  • The Dairy Association's huge success with the campaign "Got Milk?" prompted them to expand advertising to Mexico. It was soon brought to their attention the Spanish translation read "Are You Lactating?"
  • General Motors had a very famous fiasco in trying to market the Nova car in Central and South America. "No va" in Spanish means, "It Doesn't Go".
  • The Coca-Cola name in China was first read as "Kekoukela", meaning "Bite the Wax Tadpole" or "Female Horse Stuffed with Wax", depending on the dialect. Coke then researched 40,000 characters to find a phonetic equivalent "kokoukole", translating into "Happiness in the Mouth."

Photoshoot

I was SHOCKED when I received a call from Teacher Anne that I am supposed to go for a photo shoot because my testimonial about Teacher Melinda's class was good. Well, the problem is, this is just not an ordinary photo shoot. It's a PROFESSIONAL photo shoot taken by a :
  1. PROFESSIONAL photographer
  2. PROFESSIONAL make-up artist
  3. PROFESSIONAL digital art guy
And I was like, "what..." (still blur). So I'm supposed to bring 3 sets of 'nice looking' clothing. It took me a LONG LONG time to dig out 'nice looking' clothing from my closet. And the day came...
  1. So, the first thing would be being 'maked-up' by a make-up artist. (You should see the look on my face)
  2. Next, the photographer picked the best clothes for us.
  3. Photo shoot time~! I'm asked to pose here and there. I felt like a solid wooden stick. (I'm bad at posing)
  • First pose - I'm supposed to pose with a book in my hand.
  • Second pose - I'm supposed to sit on a chair while pretending to read that book.
  • Third pose - I'm supposed to sit on the floor and read the book.
  • Forth pose - Free style time~! Stand up and pose anything I like.
  • Fifth pose - I like this the most because we get to take pictures with my other friends.
So after the photo shoot thing, we are supposed to go to Add Maths tuition with our make-up on our faces. Nah... I don't want to talk about it. *Hint hint* Maybe I will be posting some pictures IF I have a copy. =)

Merdeka

My school had this "Merdeka Celebration" thing going on yesterday. As usual, the starting was kinda boring because got bacaan doa and the perutusan thing from the "some people". So, I sat on the cold hard floor while waiting for my legs to get cramp.

5 minutes later....
(still giving speech)

10 minutes later....
(STILL giving speech)

20 minutes later....
(STILL no change in situation)

30 minutes later....
(ARGHH!!! Cannot tahan ledi!)

45 minutes later....
(AT LAST~!) =)

After 45 minutes (I think), I nearly couldn't feel my legs anymore. SERIOUS! I feel like stretching my legs but got some people blocking in front, so in the end, I just sat there and wait to be paralyzed. Wait! I'm making it sound so serious but in actual fact, it not that seriouslar... So after all the crappy ucapan stuff, FINALLY the performance started. I think the best was the sketch thing. I love the part where there was two GUYS acting as the king's "pelayan"(female). OMG! It was so funny until the whole hall was laughing non stop. Thinking about it now also I want to laugh. =) Then there's this croral speaking performance by the Form 3's. Not bad actually-lar... I heard from X that they only had very little time to practice and this is their first performance. So, the whole show ended with we all singing all the Merdeka songs. Dunno why suddenly everybody was so semangat. =)

Time

Sometimes, when you did something really bad, you feel like rewinding back the time and redo all your past mistakes. Well, I wish I could do that! But what has been done, has been done. There's no turning back. You'll have to continue on what you have been doing.

The past....

The present....

And the future....

Time passes really fast these days... It seems that yesterday was just Monday and TADA!! The next thing you knew, it's Friday today. *Sigh*. Why must this happen during school holidays? =( How I wish this would happen to our normal school days.... You know, sometimes our teachers are quite boring and we'll be yawning away in class. Especially during Sivik. It's really useless for the government to put in Sivik as one of our subjects. I mean we already have Moral, why somemore Sivik? Well, thanks to Sivik, now we have 12 subjects in our syllabus now. I NEVER study for Sivik. It's just a waste of time. I'd rather spend my time studying other important subjects.
  1. Monday - $$$ gone during shopping. Enjoyed the day. =)
  2. Tuesday - Watched Wall-e. (Funny and entertaining movie. At least I did not waste my RM6)
  3. Wednesday - Tired. Did spring cleaning.
  4. Thursday - Laziness. Eat and sleep. Felt like a fat pig.
  5. Friday - Determined to do my homework. (I hope, at least)

Jalan-Jalan

YAY!! Today, me, Fiona, Shazz, Suba and Idlan went to Sunway to hang out together. It's been so long since we all gather together.... So, Shazz's mom pick us up at around 11.00a.m and we reached there around 11.30a.m. First, we went to Waffle World (I think I got the shop's name right) to eat breakfast. There's this 'HAIR' incident that happened at there. So we ordered the food and it came five minutes later. But then, we spotted some 'HAIR' in the butter and Shazz was like complaining about it to the shopkeeper. Do you know what the shopkeeper said?

" Excuse me, there's HAIR in our butter.
Can you tell me why is there HAIR in our butter?"

"Oh, I'm so sorry... It's not actually HAIR in the butter.
It's the pieces of thread from the cloth I used to make the butter"

" But you are not supposed to have the pieces of thread in
the butter that is going to be served to the customers"

" We can't help it you know....
It's from the cloth that we use to make the butter, not us"

Can you believe that? It's like so whatever... Then, we went to Hello Planet and I bought a nice looking handphone pouch for RM10.90. After that, we jalan-jalan and we ate lunch at the usual place again. Pizza Hut. So, we ordered the set lunch cuz it's cheaper... Idlan finished two bowls of mushroom soup and went to sembahyang. I tell you right, everytime we go out with Idlan, definitely we have to wait for him while he go sembahyang. And so, we

wait.....

and wait.....

and wait.....

Until he comes back, with his hair all so wet as if he just took a bath. Funny right? While waiting for him, we took a few pictures together. Ohh, and then we went to Jusco cuz got sale at there mah... And I bought a short pants from Orange Sherbet for RM11.90 ONLY! Cheap right? Suba also bought herself a three quarter pants. After that, we went to a rojak stall cuz Fiona wanted to ta pau rojak for her family. The last stop was at JCo doughnut. Shazz and Fiona was queing up to buy doughnuts. The que was super long! So, me and Suba waited at the sofa. An then we went to Starbucks cuz her sister asked her to buy a drink for her. Then, it's time to go back. So sad lar... =( Then my mom to fetch us back around 5.00p.m.

Boredom Kills Me

Holidays are starting tomorrow. But the problem is, I don't have the 'holiday mood' yet... Haiz... Dunno what's wrong with me this year.... When school days, I feel like holiday-ing but when during holidays, I don't feel like holiday-ing... Terbalik-lar... Then next Monday, I'm going out with Fiona, Shazz, Suba and Idlan to Sunway (as usual). But got no nice movie to watch yet so far... Some of the movies that we want to watch is rated 18+. Why must it be 18+ in Malaysia? Come on... I mean, look at other foreign countries! All the shows which is rated 18+ in Malaysia is rated 12-13+ at there. At leastlar put parental guidance... Okay, this week, I feel SO SO SO BORING! As usual, Monday-Friday wake up at 6.50a.m to just go to school... Then after school, eat lunch and go to tuition. And then come back and eat dinner and then do homework until late at night. Then sleep. The cycle goes on everyday and it never ends.... Why must life be so boring?

A cup of frapucinno made by me.....
